Aging is part of the human condition. In Hamilton County we want our residents to age healthy and with support. The nonprofits below provide services for you or your loved one as you age gracefully into the next phase of your life.
MOWHC's primary program offers individuals the option of receiving one or two home-delivered meals that are prepared in local healthcare facilities every weekday depending upon each individual's nutritional requirements as recommended by their primary care physician.
The Indiana Parkinson Foundation comes alongside those with Parkinson's and their families and improves their lives mentally, physically and spiritually. We provide The CLIMB exercise program, support groups, educational resources and a community of HOPE.
PrimeLife Enrichment provides programs and services that promote independence, optimal wellness and socialization for those aged 50 and beyond.
Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County provides programs to promote and support independent lifestyles for adults 55+ in Hamilton County. Our vision is to be known throughout Hamilton County as a trusted resource for connecting seniors with beneficial programs to support their needs.
Through this free service, specialists and masters-level clinicians offer confidential support and information to people living with the disease, caregivers, families, and the public .
